I’ve recently purchased “The Big Fat Duck Cookbook”. Those who have experience with this book will know exactly what I mean when I say I’ve had a little more than an impossible time finding this particular ingredient. I still don’t even have a good grasp of what it is. Google. Professional Chefs. Culinary Instructors. Nobody knows what this stuff is, or for that matter where I can find it. I’m thinking about flying to England to find him and steal his supply. Typical Blumenthal though. You know those Molecular Gastronomers, I think I barely consider this guy a chef. He’s more on the verge of MAD SCIENTIST. Well he’s turning me into an AGONIZED CONSUMER. Somebody please help. PLEASE?!?!?!?!?
